Today, we had some special guests here on the ABS! The students from 1st grade had the opportunity to interview different “Community Helpers” like firefighters, a lawyer, a builder, a dentist, a police officer, and a supermarket supervisor. Also, students could speak to special members of our school, like our headmistress, our nurse, our maintenance assistant, and our snack bar lady, who are community helpers too. 👨🏻‍🚒👷🏼👩🏻‍🏫👨🏽‍💼👮🏼‍♀️ The objective of the activity is to know at first hand how they help our community, as a part of their inquiry process during the transdisciplinary theme “How we organise ourselves” 🌇
